Top Sky Event: Moon, Venus, Jupiter and Mars Just Before Sunrise

Published on Nov 5, 2015
In the coming mornings – November 6 and 7, 2015 the moon will be sweeping past the planets in the east before dawn. The moon will join the king planet Jupiter on the morning of November 6, and, on that day, the moon and Jupiter will be shining over another close-knit morning couple – Venus and Mars.

The moon, Venus and Jupiter are the brightest objects in the sky, after the sun. They rank as the second-brightest, third-brightest and fourth-brightest celestial bodies, respectively. In the coming days, these brilliant worlds at morning dawn will be a glorious sight.

Earth will pass through a stream of debris from Comet 209P/LINEAR, between 30 and 200 meteors per hour,on May 24th

METEOR SHOWER ALERT:

Next weekend, Earth will pass through a stream of debris from Comet 209P/LINEAR. The encounter could spark a new meteor shower. Forecasters aren't sure how many meteors will appear; anything is possible from a complete dud to a magnificent meteor storm. Best estimates fall between 30 and 200 meteors per hour on May 24th between 0600 UT and 0800 UT on May 24th. Get the full story from Science@NASA

ScienceCasts: NASA on the Lookout for a New Meteor Shower

A first-of-its-kind meteor shower is expected to occur Friday night and into early Saturday morning.
The Camelopardalid meteor shower is a first because Earth has never run into the debris from this particular comet.

The Comet 209P/LINEAR is a very dim comet that orbits the sun every five years and was discovered in 2004.

MORE: New meteor shower could turn into meteor storm
Unlike other meteor showers expected to be visible around the same time of year, the Camelopardalid is unique because its debris is strongly influenced by Jupiter's gravity, which constantly alters the orbit of this comet's debris, said William Cooke, head of the Meteoroid Environment Office at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center.

Hercobulus would be found in a solar system called Tilo course, that would be closer to the Earth and in the twentieth century prophesied that produce catastrophe of apocalyptic end times , the 11 of August of 1999 .
The writer cited Rabolú supposedly astronomical data considered relevant to consider the alleged threat of Tilo. 4 5 6 These data would be his size, 6 times larger than Jupiter in July and that the action of its huge gravitational field would be the producer of a major disaster. Affirms that Hercobulus is about 500 AU (astronomical units: the average distance between Earth and the Sun, about 150 million kilometers) from Earth and when approaching to 4 AU from Earth, generate a catastrophe. Also mentions that in 1999 and the planet would be observed as a major star at dawn. 8
According Rabolú in his book, Hercobulus would have passed through the Earth some 13,000 years ago, destroying the ancient civilization of Atlantis .
Hercolubus or Red Planet has aroused curiosity in many followers of the philosophies pertaining to the current New Age , however lacks the slightest scientific basis . Rabolú follower of the doctrine Gnostic touted by the late Samael Aun Weor (Víctor Gómez Rodríguez), argues that the goal of the approach is the assumption Hercobulus purification earth aura.
